Built in the 1920's this "cross shape" house survived an addition in the late 60's.

on its 95th anniversary, the owner says: " i want it young again. Deal with it!"

the studies for the renovation of the house are starting in parralel to an addition of a reception area and a terrace on the roof, overlooking the famous "champignon" sea shore of Batroun.
