• Sale, acquisition and rental of property such as plots of land,islands, houses, apartments, villas,offices, shops, industrial and commercial buildings located in various urban, touristic, commercial and industrial areas within Greece.

• Sale and acquisition of properties and business concerns for investment purposes such as land development, commercial or industrial site development, hotel acquisition, tourist development, acquisition of islands, eligibility for visa holding. A New Greek law permits non-EU clients to easily obtain a permanent residence permit through the acquisition of properties of min value of 250.000 euro. In view of this, we have co-operated with many Russian and Chinese investors for private and commercial properties for the past two years.

 

The agency executes each project under the supervision of a Project Manager and with the cooperation and assistance of different and specialized in respective fields.

Each case is analysed and planned according to expressed needs, stated objectives, legal and statutory framework and practices in Greece, professional ethics and always in full cooperation and close working relationship with the client or the representatives or team of experts that may be assigned by the client to the case.
