the main constraint of this project is the budget.

the owner wants to live in the house two years after the launching of the work, but he can afford an amount that represents around 10% of the total cost per year.

 

in a simple calculation, if in a year he has 10%, we will need 10 years to reach 100% of the project construction process.

consequently we arrived to a conclusion that the project should go along two parallel paths guided by both the budget and the program.

 

> the budget is spread on 10 equal pieces, the direct solution is to divide the project into 10 equal pieces: 10 modules.

8 of these modules will be the units/ rooms of the house, the 9th is the infrastructure and the 10th will be the landscaping, the final stage of the construction works.

 

> the program is a typical private residence: one reception area, one dining room, a living room and a kitchen with three bedrooms added to the service areas and dependences.

no doubt, the heart of a house is the kitchen.
