when law changes, new opportunities emerge, neighborhood changes.

in January 2014 we launched the studies for the development of "sea salt project".

a couple of months later, rumors said the urban zoning will go through some modifications that will affect the surface of the parcel, and will, as well, raise up the occupancy ratio.

we waited, and that's what happened in mid 2015.

this modification reoriented the use of the neighborhood towards apertment buildings instead of offices along the road.

the new project is launched on the same parcel with the new program: a residential building.
